FLOOR CARE INSTRUCTIONS

The following recommendations are for everyday care and maintenance for your Concrete surfaces. Concrete surfaces should be properly maintained on a regular and frequent basis to prevent buildup of soil, grease, residue, soap detergents, sealers, dampness, liquids, etc., to keep the surface clean and less susceptible to damages.

• Daily cleaning of the floor can be done with a broom, vacuum, or dust mop.
• Heavy duty cleaning of the floor may be done by wet mopping.
Wet Mopping:
• Sweep, Vacuum, or dust mop floor first.
• Use Envision Concrete “Rejuvenator Cleaner”, Simple Green, or other mild cleaning solution.
• If using Simple Green use a dilution of 15-parts water to 1-part Simple Green, 15:1 ratio.
• If using a mild cleaning solution, we recommend a castile soap base cleaner (Dr. Bronner’s 18- in-1 pure castile soap).

SEALING
• After cleaning has been performed, additional coats of sealer may be applied.
• Burnishing of the floor is recommended after a re-seal to produce a luster finish.

PRODUCTS NOT TO USE
• DO NOT USE any solvent cleaners including Lacquer Thinner, Acetone, Paint Thinner, MEK, Xylene, or Mineral Spirits.
•  DO NOT USE any heavy detergent cleaners including Clorox, Ammonia,  
• EXCESSIVE USE OF Pine sol, Fabuloso, Swifter Wet Jet, Citrus cleaner, or any other etching cleaners have been shown to decrease the integrity of the sealer, therfore negatively impacting the concrete finish.
